Currency

All prices on our store are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

When you're charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email straight away with a full breakdown of what you paid.

No hidden fees

Shipping is free on every order, and the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. We don't add surcharges.

Payment methods

We accept the payment options shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

Declined payments

If your payment is declined, your order won't be placed. Please check your card details or try another payment method. If the problem continues, contact your bank.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

Pricing errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll always let you know if this happens.
