Orders and shipping

How much is shipping?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in Australia.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive in 10 to 15 business days. Our pieces ship from our suppliers overseas, and we email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you can follow it right to your door.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship within Australia. If you're overseas, send us a message and we'll let you know if we can help.

My order came in more than one parcel. Is that normal?

Yes. Some pieces ship separately. You'll get tracking for each parcel.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Message us as soon as possible through our contact page. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Returns

Can I return something I've changed my mind about?

Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Return postage for change of mind returns is paid by the customer. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Let us know through our contact page with your order number and a couple of photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Payments and security

What payment methods do you accept?

All the payment options shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards.

Is it safe to order from you?

Yes. Our checkout is run by Shopify, fully encrypted and PCI compliant. We never see your full card details. More on our Secure Checkout page.

Are prices in Australian dollars?

Yes, all prices are in AUD.

Products

Do products look exactly like the photos?

We describe every piece as accurately as we can. Natural materials like wood and glass can vary slightly from piece to piece, and screen settings can affect how colours look.
