Free shipping on every order

Every Casa Verde order ships free anywhere in Australia. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive in 10 to 15 business days. Our pieces ship to you from our suppliers overseas, which is part of how we keep prices where they are. Occasionally a parcel takes a little longer, particularly in peak seasons, and if that happens we'll keep you in the loop.

Processing and tracking

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. You'll receive tracking for each one.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia, including rural and regional areas. If you're outside Australia, send us a message through our contact page and we'll let you know if we can help.

Delivery address

Please double check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact us straight away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delays and missing parcels

Carriers occasionally experience delays, particularly during peak seasons. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, get in touch through our contact page and we'll chase it up for you.

Damaged in transit

If anything arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Refund Policy and we'll make it right.
