Frequently Asked Questions

How do I charge it?

It charges through USB-C, so the same cable as most phones and laptops tops up its built in 800 mAh battery.

How does the dimming work?

One tap turns it on. Hold the same touch pad and the brightness slides smoothly through the full range, so you can stop at any level you like.

What colour temperatures does it have?

Three settings, including a soft warm 2700K for evenings and cooler tones for reading and detail work.

How big is it?

It measures 9 x 9 x 21.5 cm, small enough to sit on a crowded desk, a bedside table or a dinner table without taking over.

Do I ever need to change the bulb?

No. The 24 built in LED beads are rated for 50,000 hours.
